Styling and sizing questions

Deciding between two lengths, or unsure whether Ivory, Cream or Champagne suits your gown? This is the email we most like getting, and we'd rather talk you out of the wrong veil than process a return.

To get a useful answer in one reply, send us:

A photo of your dress, taken in daylight near a window. A phone photo is fine.
Your height, and the heel height you'll be wearing.
Your venue type, and whether the ceremony is indoors or out.
Your wedding date.

Changing or cancelling an order

Email us your order number as soon as you know. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships: no fee, no restocking charge, but because we ship from stock within 3–5 business days, that window is usually only the first day or two. Cream, Champagne and custom orders can be cancelled until we start making them. Address changes and style swaps are the same: the sooner you write, the more we can do.

Returns

Email us your order number within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a prepaid return label. Return shipping is $15, deducted from your refund. Full conditions are on the Returns & Exchanges page: read the part about the $20 cleaning fee before you try the veil on.

Where's my order?

Ivory veils ship within 3–5 business days of purchase; Cream and Champagne are made to order and ship in 2–4 weeks. You'll get a tracking number by email the day it leaves us. If it's been more than a week and you haven't seen that email, check your spam folder first, then write to us with your order number.

Custom work

Start from any of our veils and change the color, length or edge, or send us a reference photo. Tell us your wedding date and we'll reply with options, price and timeline. Custom pieces are final sale, and we confirm that in writing before we start. See Custom Veils for how it works.
