Shipping policy

Ivory veils are held in stock and ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. Cream and Champagne veils are made to order and ship within 2-4 weeks; they are final sale. We will email you with a tracking number as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum spend. Most orders arrive within two weeks of the day they are placed.

What the 3-5 business days covers

Your order is picked from stock the next business day.
The veil is inspected, steamed, and packed by hand.
It ships, and you get a tracking number by email the same day.

The 3-5 business days is handling time. Transit time is on top of it.

Shipping methods and cost

Standard (USPS Ground Advantage) - 3 to 5 business days after shipping, so roughly 6 to 10 business days from order to door - free on every U.S. order, with no minimum spend.

If your wedding is inside two weeks, email us before you order at hello@sovellebridal.com and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

Where we ship

During our launch we ship to the United States only. We are not shipping internationally yet. If you are outside the U.S. and want a veil, email us and we will let you know when international shipping opens.

Standard shipping is available to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking

You will get two emails from us: one confirming your order, and one when your veil ships, with the tracking number in it. If you have not seen the second email within a week of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us and we will look it up.

If something goes wrong in transit

If your tracking shows delivered and the package is not there, give it 24 hours, since carriers sometimes scan early, then email us. If a veil arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full. Damage in transit is our problem, not yours.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. In practice that is a short window, usually the first day or two, because we pack quickly. Email hello@sovellebridal.com with your order number and we will process it back to your original payment method. Once the veil has shipped, our return and refund policy takes over, and you have 14 days from delivery to send it back.
